These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShuttleHawaii website and mobile applications (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The marketplace

ShuttleHawaii is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent transportation providers and drivers. Providers are responsible for the transportation services they deliver. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment.

Bookings & payments

• Prices shown are all-in for the selected vehicle class at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Aloha Pass subscription

Aloha Pass is an auto-renewable subscription offering member benefits such as ride discounts, AI Concierge+, a premium travel planner, and priority support.

• Pricing: $9.99 per month or $99.00 per year.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the app are subject to the applicable app store's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuttleHawaii is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers or for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
